The Lichfield Islamic Cultural Society, like similar organisations in other parts of the world, play a crucial role in fostering a sense of community among Muslims and promoting cultural exchange and understanding with the broader Lichfield society.

The LICS shares all of the goals and activities listed below in order to contribute positively to the local Lichfield community and promote cultural understanding:

We often organise events and programs to showcase the rich and diverse cultural heritage of the Muslim world. This can include Interfaith dialogue, cultural exhibitions, lecture series, language classes, cultural workshops, festivals, community outreach and youth education programs.

2. Interfaith Dialogue

The LICS actively engage in interfaith dialogue, fostering conversations between members of the Muslim community and people of other faiths in the Lichfield area. These dialogues can help dispel misconceptions, build bridges of understanding, and promote tolerance and peaceful coexistence.
